VCA’s tuition structure keeps Christian education accessible across a range of family situations. Rates below are monthly, effective for the 2026-2027 school year.
Monthly tuition
Tuition rates
Per child, per month. Charged 12 months a year. Bergthaler refers to families who are members of the Bergthaler Mennonite Church. VCA was founded in partnership with the church in 1986 and continues to serve its families at this rate.

Compulsory student fees
On top of monthly tuition, families pay these once-yearly fees per student.

How to pay
Payment
Tuition is due by the first of each month. The school board prefers monthly automatic debit because it’s consistent and easy for families. To set up auto-debit or arrange another payment method, get in touch with the office.
